Project Manager

Introduction

Responsibilities

• Lead a project from order acquisition to final delivery and testing
• Examine orders and ensure technical clarity, alignment of the project scope, and project start readiness
• Plan and manage the project scope, timelines, resources, milestones, risks, and priorities
• Be the point of contact with the customer during project execution, ensuring clear and timely communication
• Coordinate internal stakeholders, including Sales, Engineering, Operations, Service departments, and external partners
• Monitor the progress of the project and report the progress status to stakeholders
• Identify, report to higher levels, and resolve risks, issues, delays, and changes to the scope of work
• Ensure that quality standards, testing activities, documentation, and final delivery are managed appropriately

Profile

• Technical training or a degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields
• Proven experience in managing or coordinating projects in a technical/engineering context
• Technical background or experience in the UPS or Power Electronics sector; knowledge of data centers will be an advantage
• Excellent knowledge of the English language
• A good understanding of the financial aspects of projects is an advantage
• Precision and attention to detail in the preparation of quotes and project documentation
• Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Solid communication skills
• Customer-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused mindset
• Strong ability to coordinate stakeholders and drive projects forward in complex technical contexts
• Availability to travel occasionally for customer visits, meetings, and events
