Quality Technician

Introduction

Responsibilities

• Insertion within the production area
• Quality controls on components, assembled groups and finished machines
• Registration, monitoring and support in the management of non-conformities and related corrective actions
• Support in the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System
• Drafting, updating and maintenance of technical and quality documentation: assembly instructions, operating procedures, work guides, checklists, control plans and reports
• Verification of compliance with procedures and operating instructions within the production processes
• Updating and maintenance of reporting related to production, quality and testing
• Support in identifying and implementing opportunities for improvement of processes and quality controls

Profile

• Technical diploma, or equivalent qualification
• Previous experience in the field of quality, in an operational and production role, gained within an industrial context
• Ability to analyze non-conformities and identify appropriate corrective actions
• Ability to draft, review and organize documentation
• Good knowledge of the English language
• Good knowledge of the Office Package, in particular the Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications
• Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously, respecting priorities and deadlines
• Attitude towards both autonomous and team work
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Preferable residence in the area
