Introduction

We are looking for a strong-willed and future-oriented personality to take responsibility for and actively develop our technical organization throughout Switzerland. In this key position, you will report directly to the CEO and help shape the technological future of Dallmayr Vending & Office Schweiz.

Your tasks

• You develop the technical strategy and drive the further development of our machine fleet.
• You are responsible for the evaluation and introduction of new vending machines, technologies, and technical solutions.
• You manage payment systems, connectivity, and IoT and identify the potential of new technologies such as AI for our processes and services.
• You define uniform technical standards, processes, and quality requirements throughout Switzerland.
• You lead your own team as well as the regional technical managers and promote cooperation between our branches.
• You lead technical and cross-departmental projects and work closely with sales, manufacturers, suppliers, and technology partners.

Qualifications

• Technical training or studies, e.g., in engineering, electrical engineering, automation, or mechatronics.
• Several years of leadership and professional experience in a comparable technical function.
• Good knowledge of vending machines, IoT, networked systems, and digital technologies; knowledge of AI and payment systems is an advantage.
• Entrepreneurial thinking, high initiative, flexibility, and a strong hands-on mentality.
• High social and communication competence as well as an appreciative and motivating leadership style.
• German or French as a native language with very good knowledge of the respective other language; Italian is an advantage. High commitment and willingness for regular travel within Switzerland.
• Driver's license category B
