For our Agno site, we are looking for a Machine Testing Engineer 100% (m/f/d)

Main responsibilities

• Perform commissioning, testing, and optimization of machines and systems at Mikron and at the customer site
• Actively collaborate with the project manager during the entire project realization cycle, supporting planning, progress, acceptance, and technical problem-solving activities, ensuring effective communication between project progress and internal organization
• Verify the correct mechanical, productive, and qualitative functioning of the machines according to technical and contractual specifications
• Adjust and optimize mechanical, CNC, handling, peripheral systems, and machining processes
• Produce, validate, and document sample parts and production processes
• Support and perform FAT and SAT activities
• Install and start up machines at the customer site
• Perform preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support on the installed base
• Train customer personnel on the use, operation, and maintenance of the systems
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Product Care, and Service for the validation of technical modifications and continuous product improvement
• Write test reports, technical documentation, and intervention reports
• Operate in compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
• Support, depending on company priorities, assembly, testing, installation, and technical assistance activities even outside the main area of assignment

Your profile

• Proven experience in the role
• Degree in the mechanical field
• Availability for national and international travel
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Good analytical and technical problem-solving skills
• Ability to interpret and apply drawing standards
• Ability to read and interpret QC reports on manufactured parts
• Competence in ISO CNC machine tool programming (Bosch or Siemens)
• Good command of the English language
