Responsibilities

• Guarantee the availability, security, and performance of the corporate IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, virtualization systems, storage, and workstations
• Administer Microsoft environments, identity and access services, ensuring correct management of authorizations
• Manage cybersecurity activities, including endpoint protection, patch management, vulnerability management, and incident response
• Ensure the effectiveness of backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions through monitoring and periodic testing
• Plan and implement IT infrastructure evolution projects, from requirements gathering to implementation and documentation
• Coordinate suppliers and technological partners, managing contracts, services, and support levels
• Manage the lifecycle of IT assets, licenses, and the operating budget, supporting investment decisions
• Guarantee efficient technical support to users, defining priorities, service standards, and escalation procedures
• Keep technical documentation and operating procedures up to date
• Collaborate with different company departments to identify effective technological solutions and support audits and continuous improvement initiatives

Profile

• Education in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines
• At least 5 years of experience in managing IT infrastructures, server systems, and critical corporate environments, preferably gained in industrial or manufacturing contexts
• Experience in IT governance, information security, and compliance with standards such as ISO 27001 or NIST will constitute a preferential qualification
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365 environments
• Experience in managing virtualized infrastructures, storage systems, and backup services
• Good networking skills, including firewalls, VPN, network segmentation, and corporate Wi-Fi networks
• Experience in the field of cybersecurity, with particular attention to patch management, endpoint protection, and vulnerability management
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and scripting/automation skills, preferably PowerShell
• Experience in managing IT suppliers, infrastructural projects, and end-user support
• Good knowledge of the English language (minimum level B2), knowledge of German will be a plus
• Autonomous, organized person oriented towards problem solving, with strong attention to service quality and technical documentation
• Certifications in the Microsoft, VMware, networking, or cybersecurity fields are welcome
