Dallmayr Vending & Office Suisse offers companies complete solutions around coffee, vending machines and supply. With six branches and approximately 330 employees, we are present throughout Switzerland and place quality, customer service and social responsibility at the heart of our activities.

Responsibilities

• You develop the technical strategy and evolve our machine fleet.
• You are responsible for the evaluation and introduction of new vending machines, technologies and technical solutions.
• You manage payment systems, connectivity and IoT and identify the potential of new technologies such as AI for our processes and services.
• You define uniform technical standards, processes and quality requirements on a national scale.
• You lead your own team as well as the regional technical managers and promote collaboration between our branches.
• You manage technical and cross-functional projects and collaborate closely with sales, manufacturers, suppliers and technological partners.

Qualifications

• Technical training or higher education, for example in engineering, electrical engineering, automation or mechatronics.
• Several years of professional and management experience in a comparable technical function.
• Good knowledge of vending machines, IoT, connected systems and digital technologies; knowledge of AI and payment systems is an asset.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, strong capacity for initiative, flexibility and a resolutely practical approach.
• Excellent social and communication skills as well as an empowering and motivating management style.
• French or German as a native language, with very good knowledge of the other language; Italian, an asset.
• High availability and willingness to travel regularly throughout Switzerland.
