Service Manager

The employer is looking for two:

2° Restaurant Manager (noted profession)

Tasks:

• organize and supervise the progress of the service
• take and manage reservations via the Localina system
• check and set up the table plan
• welcome and bid farewell to customers
• excellent knowledge of the food, beverage, wine, and spirits menu
• handle complaints
• in the absence of the manager, organize and conduct daily meetings with the team
• in the absence of the manager, plan employees and monitor their working hours via the Mirus system
• support the manager in regularly monitoring the balances (days off/holidays/vacations/overtime) of employees and react if necessary
• upon request of the manager, perform the daily cash closing and personally take the proceeds to the post office/bank. Responsible for the correctness of the latter
• check and manage internal and external goods orders via the TcPos computer system
• support the manager for the monthly inventory
• support the manager for the maintenance of hygiene standards, for order and cleanliness

Requirements:

• at least 3 years of previous experience
• good knowledge of the Italian language
• if necessary, flexibility to work in the other Seven Group locations

Employment details:

• workplace Ascona
• degree of employment from 30% to 100%
• fixed-term employment from immediately until 31.01.2027
• salary according to CCNL
