Hotel Receptionist

The employer is looking for two:

RECEPTIONISTS (reported profession)

Tasks:

• commercial correspondence
• accounting (entry of items, verification of payments)
• orders (reception, invoicing)
• customer reception
• secretarial work

Requirements:

• hotel school diploma or proven several years of experience in important tourism structures
• courtesy and professionalism
• good knowledge of the national languages and English (German native speaker mandatory or C1 level)
• availability for shift work, including Sundays and holidays
• precision, enthusiasm for work, punctuality, ability to manage stress and flexibility are fundamental points to be relied upon
• preferably residing in the Locarnese area
• good knowledge of Italian, English, French and German
• driving license cat. B
• owner of a vehicle

Employment details:

• employment from 50 to 100%
• employment by agreement until 31.10.2026 fixed term
• shift work, Sunday work and holiday work
• salary according to CCNL hospitality sector
