Technical Manager Lepicosc and Works Management

For our general contracting company, active in the realization of construction, renovation, and civil engineering projects, we are looking for an immediate or to be agreed upon hire of a dynamic and flexible figure for the role of Technical Manager and expert in Works Management.
The ideal resource will be responsible both for the operational management and supervision of our ongoing construction sites, and for the acquisition of new opportunities and projects in the territory ("field scouter" activity and search for orders).

Main tasks:

• Works management and technical supervision of ongoing construction sites, guaranteeing compliance with deadlines, costs, and quality standards
• Coordination and supervision of labor and subcontractors on site
• Control of compliance with occupational safety standards (SIC) and environmental directives
• Prospecting activity and active search for new works, projects, and tender opportunities in the territory (dynamic management while traveling)
• Preparation of estimates, quantity surveys, and technical support during the negotiation phase with clients
• Preparation of technical documentation, site reports, and final settlements

Your profile:

• Completed technical training in the construction sector (Civil Engineer, Architect, SSIC Technician, Master Builder, or qualified Works Director)
• Certification or proven competence as a LEPI Technical Manager (Law on Craft Businesses) / valid notification for the exercise of activity in Switzerland
• Several years of experience in the management and direction of construction sites at general contracting companies or design studios in Switzerland
• Strong commercial aptitude, dynamism, and strong motivation to move within the territory for the search and acquisition of new works
• Excellent knowledge of Swiss sector regulations (SIA Standards, safety ordinances)
• Fluent Italian language, written and spoken (knowledge of German or French constitutes an important plus)
• Category B driving license and availability for continuous daily travel
