Tasks

• organization of one's own station
• production and control of the mise en place
• maintenance and control of HACCP standards
• delicate processing of food supplies, respect for costs
• preparation and control of dishes
• taking delivery, control and storage of food supplies
• quality control of food supplies
• correct and precise implementation of recipes and instructions from superiors
• independently handling daily cleaning and small maintenance work

Requirements:

• with AFC diploma
• at least 3 years of previous experience
• good knowledge of the Italian language
• if necessary, flexibility to work in the other establishments of Seven Group

Employment details:

• workplace Ascona
• degree of employment from 30% to 100%
• fixed-term employment from 15.11.2026 until 10.01.2027
• salary according to CCNL
