Operator for ordinary and maintenance cleaning

The employer is looking for two:

Operator for ordinary and maintenance cleaning (reported profession)

Tasks:

• autonomous or team execution of ordinary and extraordinary cleaning interventions
• management of waste disposal and maintaining order in assigned spaces
• guaranteeing high quality standards in compliance with company procedures, working methods, and prescribed safety protocols
• correct, diligent, and safe use of machinery and work equipment

Required requirements:

• previous experience in the sector from 1 – 3 years
• ability to use and care for the main professional cleaning machinery and tools
• operational autonomy, accuracy, and strong orientation towards service quality
• professional attitude, customer-oriented, and good interpersonal skills
• ability to work both autonomously and in a team
• hourly flexibility and availability to work on 2 shifts and on public holidays
• good knowledge of the Italian language (written and spoken)

Employment details:

• work location Bellinzona
• employment at 80%
• employment from 24.08.2026 to 10.08.2027 for a fixed term
• salary remuneration based on the CCL of the sector
