Maintenance Technician and Facility Manager

Introduction

Responsibilities

• Ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of production machinery - to guarantee the proper functioning of mechanical components -, and periodic checks
• Guarantee that the machinery complies with legal standards regarding equipment and workplace safety
• Guarantee the functional continuity of Non-Shop Floor plants (buildings, garden, elevators-)
• Supervision and maintenance of the state of the plants
• Execution of ordinary, extraordinary and preventive maintenance interventions
• Control of plants (hydraulic, electrical, indoor and outdoor lighting) and wastewater
• Management of home automation systems, telephony, alarm, video surveillance
• Scheduling and reporting of maintenance activities
• Operational coordination of maintenance and improvement interventions, and technical supervision during the activities of external labor

Profile

• Diploma as a mechanical/electromechanical technician, or a technical qualification
• Previous experience in the role, gained within a production context
• Skills in the electrical, thermo-hydraulic, energy field
• Preferably Art. 13 or Art. 15 OIBT authorization
• Good knowledge of the English language
• Ability to work in compliance with high standards of quality, reliability, precision
• Organizational skills and team spirit
• Availability during holidays
