Nursery School Director

The employer is looking for a:

directress - director (reported profession)

Tasks:

• manage a team, collaborate with the team at any time and in any case, including substitution
• collaborate with the association committee and the secretary

Requirements:

• tertiary level diploma (SSS) as an educator or university of applied sciences (SUP) diploma in social work (or equivalent titles) or healthcare training with specialization in early childhood or Federal Certificate of Capacity for Socio-Assistential Operator (OSA) direction Childhood
• minimum work experience of 5 years in a Nursery, with at least 3 years
• CAS Certificate enabling the direction of a Nursery or willingness to obtain it
• respect for the psychophysical well-being and safety of the children, regulations, and the pedagogical project
• sense of responsibility, honesty, reliability and ethical
• interest in continuous training and interdisciplinary work
• excellent personal and team organization and planning skills
• independence and initiative
• positive and cheerful
• good IT knowledge
• excellent knowledge of Italian
• basic knowledge of French and German
• driving license cat.B
• owning a vehicle

• employment at 80%
• employment from 01.01.2027, permanent
• nursery opening at 7.00 - closing at 18.00
