Kitchen assistant - Buffet/office assistant

The employer is looking for a:

Kitchen assistant - Buffet/office assistant (reported profession)

Tasks:

• preparation of hot and cold beverages
• clearing of tableware
• general order and cleaning
• mise en place for cold kitchen

Requirements:

• reliability, flexibility and sense of collaboration
• previous experience as a kitchen porter/kitchen assistant
• knowledge of the Italian language

Employment details:

• place of work: Ristorante Grand Café Al Porto Lugano
• employment 80%
• start of employment from 01.10.2026 or date to be agreed, fixed-term until 30.04.2027
• shift work, restaurant closed in the evening and on Sundays (excluding events)
• salary remuneration based on the CCNL of the sector
