Your responsibilities
----------------

• Coordination of daily activities in collaboration with technical advisors, ensuring an efficient workflow in the Volvo/Kia/Suzuki workshop.
• Manage and coordinate the workshop team, promoting an efficient and collaborative working environment.
• Distribute work to mechanics based on skills, priorities, and workload.
• Monitor the progress of work, ensuring compliance with agreed timelines.
• Technical support to the workshop team for technical issues and complex diagnostics.
• Organize the daily activities of the workshop and optimize the use of personnel, equipment, and resources.
• Control the quality of the work performed and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Support, follow, and train apprentices, verifying their progress and acquired skills.
• Manage any operational problems and intervene promptly to find solutions.
• Collaborate with management and other departments to ensure an efficient workflow.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company procedures, and quality standards.

Your profile
--------------

• Diploma as Mechatronics Technician AFC, Diagnostic Technician APF, or Workshop Coordinator APF.
• Several years of professional experience in a similar position in the automotive sector. Certification as a Volvo Technician constitutes a preferential qualification.
• Experience in managing and coordinating a team of approximately 5--6 employees.
• Experience in training and supervising apprentices.
• Good technical skills and ability for diagnosis and problem-solving.
• Excellent organizational and work planning skills.
• Ability to work independently, defining priorities and respecting timelines.
• Good communication and collaboration skills with colleagues and other departments.
• Leadership attitude, personnel management, and team motivation.
• Good knowledge of a second national language (German or French).
