What you will achieve

As a commercial employee, during the 3 years of your training, which will begin in September 2027 at our agency in Bellinzona, you will acquire direct experience in the world of insurance.

• You will handle customer requests and clarify the interrelations between social insurances.
• You will have personal, telephone, and written contact with customers.
• In contact with the insured, you will demonstrate that you have specialist skills, communication skills, and sensitivity

What you bring with you

• Lower secondary school certificate level A or level B with excellent final grades
• Good familiarity with MS Office
• Good oral and written expression skills
• Aptitude for teamwork, an open attitude, and a high willingness to commit
• Cordial attitude, willingness to learn, and reliability
