Do you have excellent linguistic knowledge (Italian, German, French, English)? Do you like customer service? Are you good at interpersonal contact?

Responsibilities

• Point of reference for customers
• Specific consultation based on customer needs with the aim of consolidating and expanding the customer portfolio
• Proposal and sale of consumer credit plans
• Simulations and documentary evaluation of financing plan proposals to customers
• Cross-selling and upselling activities with other services
• Debt collection
• Various administrative activities related to the function

Profile

• Commercial or linguistic training
• Previous experience in a customer consulting role, preferably in the service sector
• Excellent linguistic knowledge: Italian, German, English and French at C1 level
• Dynamic and spontaneous personality
• Excellent communication skills
• Customer orientation
• Pleasure in performing professional and precise support activity
