To complete our team of the Reparto Acuto di Minore Intensità (RAMI) of the Ospedale Regionale di Mendrisio, we are looking for a

Chief Physician (50-80%)

Profile:

The person we are looking for works independently and at an interdisciplinary level, promoting the skills required by the function of Chief Physician.

Necessary requirements:

• FMH title in Internal Medicine or an equivalent title. For physicians with foreign titles, recognition by the Federal Commission for Medical Professions MEBEKO and relative registration in MedReg is mandatory before the start of activity.
• Knowledge of the Italian language (for which at least level B2 is required) with relative registration in MedReg before the start of activity.
• Initiative; strong relational and communicative skills.
• Organizational skills and a predisposition for interdisciplinary collaboration with a view to continuous improvement of the department's development.
• Flexibility and a positive attitude, enjoyment of working in a team and collaborating at a cross-functional level.
