Object Manager

• Ensure the operability of assigned services and mandates in compliance with company procedures, ISO 9001 and 14001 standards, HSE directives, and specific client processes.
• Ensure the correct functioning of entrusted plants, infrastructures, and spaces, intervening in case of malfunctions and performing-coordinating maintenance and repair activities.
• Manage the daily operation of technical plants and keep relevant documentation up to date.
• Participate in on-call shifts.
• Coordinate maintenance activities, technical interventions, small mandates, and assigned projects.
• Coordinate and supervise the activities of external suppliers, guaranteeing quality, safety, and compliance with agreed timelines.
• Manage the disposal activities of materials and substances in compliance with current regulations.
• Support the administrative management of tickets, maintenance contracts, invoices, and projects.
• Prepare the required technical and operational reporting.
• Collaborate with the Site Manager, the Facility Services Manager, the Infrastructure Custodian, and the Technical Service to ensure high service standards and customer satisfaction.
• Diploma in AFC field (electrician or thermal-climatic)
• Experience in the technical field and in the management of infrastructures and plants.
• Proven experience in the Facility Management sector
• Dynamic, flexible, reliable person oriented towards collaboration.
• Strong skills in planning, organization, and coordination of operational activities.
• Attitude towards teamwork and collaboration with internal and external interlocutors.
• Availability to ensure hourly flexibility depending on service needs.
• Ability to effectively manage complex situations and to operate under pressure while maintaining high quality standards.
• Good IT knowledge
• Excellent communication, relational, and client relationship management skills.
• Active participation in coordination meetings, contributing to the achievement of objectives.
• Strong orientation towards service and customer satisfaction.
• Driving license
