Catering Employee

The employer is looking for a:

Assistant Restaurant Manager (reported profession)

Tasks:

• you are the face of our restaurant and a true host
• you are co-responsible for the smooth running of the service and optimal assistance to guests
• you ensure the satisfaction of our guests and are the contact person in case of complaints, requests or suggestions
• you ensure optimal use of staff taking into account parameters relating to workload and draw up service shifts and holiday plans
• you are responsible for compliance with quality and hygiene standards in the points of sale
• your team considers you a source of motivation and a role model to follow
• you work closely with the kitchen and all other departments

Requirements:

• AFC diploma
• 1-3 years of previous experience
• professional and friendly person
• availability to work on public holidays and at weekends
• good knowledge of Italian and German
