Service Assistant (restaurant)

The employer is looking for ten:

Waiters (reported profession)

Tasks:

• take and manage reservations via the Localina reservation system
• co-responsible for the daily mise en place
• welcome and bid farewell to customers
• excellent knowledge of the food, beverage, and wine menu
• service of food and beverages and ability to provide explanations in DE/IT/E/F
• advise the customer

-prepare the bill and collect payment

• polite communication with customers and colleagues
• independently handle cleaning: cleaning cutlery or glasses, disposing of waste, empty bottles, general cleaning tasks

Requirements:

• previous experience in the sector from 1 – 3 years
• ability to work in a team
• good knowledge of Italian
• if necessary, flexibility to work in the other locations of the Seven Group

• employment from 30 - 100%
• fixed-term employment from 15.11.2026 to 10.01.2027
• shift work, Sunday work and holiday work
• salary based on the CCNL
