Operational team leader (reported profession)

Tasks:

• direct execution of cleaning activities at assigned construction sites
• coordination and supervision of collaborators
• organization of daily activities and distribution of tasks
• quality control of services and verification of compliance with company standards
• verification of the correct use of products, materials and equipment
• management of operational issues and communication with company managers

Requirements:

• proven experience in the professional cleaning sector
• ability to coordinate and manage small work groups
• knowledge of cleaning techniques, products and professional equipment
• good knowledge of the Italian language
• driving license category B
• autonomy, reliability, precision and sense of responsibility
• flexibility and availability to operate at different construction sites
• previous experience as a team leader or operational contact constitutes a preferential qualification
