What to expect

• You communicate daily with our customers by telephone and in writing and you seek to resolve their problems from the first contact
• You assist customers in concluding contracts, identify potential gaps in coverage and provide competent advice
• You record claims and manage them autonomously, with fast settlement processes
• You answer questions about invoices and payments and are able to handle standard cases autonomously
• You contribute to making daily activity simpler, faster and smarter, in accordance with our strategy
• You work in a collegial environment

The skills you bring

• Completed training in a customer-oriented sector (Commercial employee or equivalent)
• AFA certification
• Experience in a call center, customer service or sales
• Preference for the sectors of customer service, consulting and telephone sales
• Proficiency in the MS Office application and affinity with new technologies and solutions
• Resilience and ability to effectively manage complex situations
• Italian native language; another national language is an asset
