We are looking for a:

Retail Assistant

Requirements:

• preferably with good experience in the food sector of at least 3 years
• good customer management skills: listening, understanding, knowing how to advise
• flexibility for variable shifts, including holidays and Sundays
• ability to respect deadlines, good self-management
• preferably with good oral knowledge of German and English
• availability for on-call work
• category B driving license and owning a car (if not, it is important that they can check the public transport schedules to reach the workplace)
• flexibility is required to work in the shops in both Ascona and Bellinzona

Employment details:

• workplace: shops in Ascona and Bellinzona
• expected employment degree approximately 50% (on-call work) permanent with possible possibility over time to increase the working hours
• shop opening hours: 9:00 - 12:00 / 13:00 - 18:00, holiday hours: 10:00 - 12:00 / 13:00 - 18:00
• summer evening period: 14:00 - 22:00 (during the Jazz di Ascona)
• shift work, Sunday work and holiday work
• hourly wage according to the CCL of the sector
