Housekeeping attendant

The employer is looking for a:

Housekeeping attendant (reported profession)

Tasks:

• daily cleaning of the rooms and public areas of the hotel
• management of the material necessary for carrying out the daily tasks for the floors assigned to you
• evening tidying of the rooms
• if needed, carry out specific activities such as porterage
• to cover 2/3 night shifts and 2/3 day shifts in the cleaning of common spaces and in helping the housekeeping attendants with the hotel rooms

Requirements

• experience, at least two years, gained in hotels of the same category
• knowledge and application of the LHW Quality Standards
• good knowledge of Italian and English
• organizational skills
• good stress management skills
• reliability, precision, cleanliness and accuracy
• attitude towards teamwork
• availability for shift work, including Sundays and holidays
• driving license Cat.B

Employment details:

• place of work Lugano
• employment from 80 - 100%
• employment by prior agreement, fixed-term
• work shifts, including Sundays, holidays, night shifts to be agreed upon
• contractual conditions according to CCNL hotel sector
