The employer is looking for a:

Object Manager (reported profession)

Tasks:

• ensure the operability of the assigned services and mandates in compliance with company procedures, ISO 9001 and 14001 standards, HSE directives and specific client processes
• ensure the correct functioning of the entrusted systems, infrastructures and spaces, intervening in case of breakdowns and performing-coordinating maintenance and repair activities
• manage the daily operation of technical systems and keep the relevant documentation up to date
• participate in on-call shifts
• coordinate maintenance activities, technical interventions, small mandates and assigned projects
• coordinate and supervise the activities of external suppliers, guaranteeing quality, safety and compliance with agreed timelines
• manage the disposal activities of materials and substances in compliance with current regulations
• support the administrative management of tickets, maintenance contracts, invoices and projects
• prepare the required technical and operational reporting
• collaborate with the Site Manager, the Facility Services Manager, the Infrastructural Custodian and the Technical Service to ensure high service standards and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• diploma in the AFC field (electrician or thermal-climatic)
• experience in the technical field and in the management of infrastructures and systems
• proven experience in the Facility Management sector
• dynamic, flexible, reliable person oriented towards collaboration
• strong skills in planning, organization and coordination of operational activities
• aptitude for teamwork and collaboration with internal and external interlocutors
• availability to guarantee hourly flexibility depending on service needs
• ability to effectively manage complex situations and to operate under pressure maintaining high quality standards
• good IT knowledge
• excellent communication, relational and customer relationship management skills
• active participation in coordination meetings, contributing to the achievement of objectives
• strong orientation towards service and customer satisfaction
• driving license cat.B
