Profile: ##

The person we are looking for works independently and at an interdisciplinary level, promoting the skills required by the function of Chief Physician.

Necessary requirements: ##

• FMH title in Internal Medicine or an equivalent title. For doctors with foreign titles, recognition by the Federal Commission for Medical Professions MEBEKO and the relative registration in MedReg is mandatory before the start of activity.
• Knowledge of the Italian language (for which at least the attainment of level B2 is required) with relative registration in MedReg before the start of activity.
• Initiative; strong relational and communication skills.
• Organizational skills and predisposition to interdisciplinary collaboration in a perspective of continuous improvement of the department's development.
• Flexibility and a positive attitude, pleasure in working in a team and collaborating at a cross-functional level.
