Cleaning employee

The employer is looking for a:

Cleaning employee (reported profession)

Tasks:

• cleaning and maintenance
• correctly use cleaning methods and equipment to clean floors, walls, bathrooms, showers, windows or facades
• dust, wipe and vacuum, for example in houses and offices
• dust, clean and take care of the maintenance of furniture
• treat or dry clean carpets
• wash facades, external stairs, using specific machinery, for example pressure washers
• correctly treat floors and walls, for example glazing, waxing, impregnating, oiling, etc.
• replace worn parts and consumed materials, for example cleaning cloths or individual parts of the vacuum cleaner

Requirements:

• preferably with AFC
• previous experience in the sector from 1 – 3 years
• ability to work in a team
• good knowledge of Italian
• driving license cat.B
• having your own vehicle

Employment details:

• workplace Losone
• employment from 20-30%
• employment start immediately with indefinite contract
• shift work
• wage remuneration based on the CCL of the sector
