The employer is looking for a:

Sous Chef – Mediterranean Cuisine (reported profession)

Tasks:

• have a good knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine
• have experience in using the grill, in particular for the preparation of meat
• be clean, precise and organized
• know how to work independently, but also collaborate effectively with the team
• have good knowledge and attention to HACCP standards
• be reliable, motivated and capable of working in a dynamic environment

Requirements:

• previous experience in the sector of at least 3 years
• serious, dynamic person with a desire to work
• good knowledge of Italian
• driving license cat.B
• with own vehicle

Employment details:

• workplace Davesco-Soragno
• employment at 100%
• employment from 01.09.2026 for an indefinite period
• shift work, Sunday work and holiday work
• salary remuneration based on the CCNL of the sector
