Front Office Manager (hotel)

The employer is looking for a:

Administrative and Reception Manager 80–100% (reported profession)

Tasks:

• autonomous management of the reception and administrative activities
• management of bookings and correspondence
• organization and coordination of groups
• coordination of marketing (social media, newsletter, website)
• direct support to the management
• collaboration with the various departments of the hotel

Requirements:

• experience in the hotel sector, at the reception or in the administrative field
• good organizational skills, autonomy and sense of responsibility
• pleasure in contacting guests and service orientation
• good knowledge of German and Italian; other languages are an advantage
• good IT skills and interest in social media
• flexibility, initiative and attitude towards teamwork
• driving license cat.B
• owning a vehicle

Employment details:

• workplace Orselina
• employment from 80 - 100%
• employment from 15.02.2027, permanent (with the possibility of long-term collaboration and a reduced degree of employment during the winter season)
• shift work, Sunday work and holiday work
• salary remuneration based on the CCNL of the hotel and catering sector
