Logistics Assistant

The employer is looking for a:

Logistics Assistant (reported profession)

Tasks:

• receipt and control of goods
• receive incoming goods and verify their quantity and condition.
• check the correspondence between the goods received and the transport documents or orders.
• report any differences, damages, or anomalies to the manager.
• storage and warehouse organization
• arrange the goods in the assigned spaces.
• maintain the warehouse tidy, clean, and organized.
• ensure the correct identification and preservation of materials.
• inventory management
• monitor warehouse stock.
• perform periodic checks of available quantities.
• report any shortages, surpluses, or needs for reordering to the manager.
• preparation and handling of goods
• prepare materials and supplies requested by company departments.
• perform loading and unloading operations.
• handle goods manually or using authorized equipment, in compliance with safety regulations.

Requirements:

• previous experience in the sector from 1 – 3 years
• ability to work in a team
• excellent knowledge of Italian
• driving license cat.B

• workplace Mendrisio
• employment from 80 - 100%
• employment from 01.11.2026, fixed-term until 15.01.2027
• Sunday work and holiday work
• salary remuneration based on the CCL of the sector
