Responsibilities

• Planning, coordination, and effective management of international shipments, ensuring the precision and efficiency of the service from pick-up to delivery
• Management of customs procedures and formalities relating to international shipments, ensuring compliance with current regulations and correct documentation for every operation
• Optimal management of relations with customers, suppliers, and colleagues, acting as an operational point of reference and ensuring constant communication on the progress of shipments
• Real-time monitoring of shipment progress, identification of critical issues, and implementation of solutions to optimize times, costs, and the quality of service offered to customers

Profile

• Consolidated experience in the dispatching of national and international transports, preferably in a freight forwarding company or transport company
• Knowledge of customs procedures and formalities
• Good knowledge of the German language, additional linguistic skills (in particular English and French) will be appreciated
• Proficiency with Office Package applications
• Ability to effectively plan, coordinate, and manage shipments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
