A Scheduler 80-100%, Comano

Tasks ####

The person we are looking for will be responsible for the scheduling of the assigned personnel, in compliance with the -Federal Labor Law- (LL) and the -SSR Collective Labor Agreement- (CCL'22). They will ensure compliance with internal regulations on the recording of working time/performance according to the official SSR deadlines (Human Resources and Controlling) and according to the analytical accounting directives (HKLR). They will be responsible for providing advice to Line Managers for the scheduling of the assigned production personnel. They will be called upon to cover weekly on-call shifts according to an agreed plan.

Requirements ####

We ask for training in the administrative/management field, preferably with the completion of a professional maturity, skills in the planning of production resources and in the organization of one's own work, as well as knowledge of the legal issues relating to personnel management. We also ask for good organizational skills and objective-oriented work, excellent interpersonal skills and a predisposition to teamwork as well as good resistance to stress, mental flexibility and a propensity for change. Completing the profile are good knowledge of the Office package, Excel and knowledge of the German language (level B1) or possibly the French language (level B1).
