Handyman (reported activity)

Tasks:

• small general maintenance interventions
• painting
• garden care and maintenance (grass cutting, pruning, cleaning green areas)
• small domestic repairs
• periodic verification of the state of the environments

Requirements:

• good manual skills and experience in the task of at least 1-3 years
• autonomy in performing the work
• reliability, precision and practical sense
• preferable experience in maintenance, painting or gardening
• correct use of equipment and work material
• respect for safety regulations
• aged between 25 and 40 years
• in possession of driving license: B
• basic knowledge of Italian

Employment details:

• company location: Bellinzona (Sementina)
• degree of occupation at 100% (42 working hours)
• employment start from 01.08.2026
• type of contract fixed-term
• monthly salary to be agreed upon
