Introduction

For an organized production context attentive to the quality of work, we are constantly searching for a Production Worker to be inserted into a structured operational environment. The resource will be involved in assembly activities and line processing, with particular attention to precision, compliance with procedures, and the continuity of the production flow. The role requires good manual skills, availability for shifts and, if necessary, availability to work on three shifts (night). Previous experience in mechanical, electronic or watchmaking assembly is also required, as well as a good knowledge of the Italian language to correctly follow operational instructions and collaborate with the team. Immediate availability represents an important requirement for insertion.

Responsibilities

• Perform production and assembly activities respecting the required procedures and quality standards.
• Operate with precision on mechanical and electronic components.
• Good knowledge of bench tools such as pliers, soldering iron, screwdrivers.
• Guarantee availability for shifts and, if requested, also for three-shift coverage.
• Collaborate with the department team to ensure continuity and order in processing.
• Respect the operational instructions and the timings assigned by the line manager.

Profile

• Good manual skills and precision in the execution of assembly activities.
• Previous experience in mechanical, electronic or watchmaking assembly.
• Immediate availability.
• Good knowledge of the Italian language, written and spoken.
• Attitude towards shift work and collaboration in a production environment.
