Tasks:

• management of telephone orders
• technical consulting and assistance to our customers via telephone and online chat
• processing of online orders
• monitoring of orders and deadlines
• support to our external service
• link between customers, suppliers and internal departments

Requirements:

• AFC diploma as Electrician installer
• communication skills and customer orientation
• excellent knowledge of Italian
• good oral knowledge of German for internal communication
• knowledge of other national languages is an advantage

• Completed apprenticeship as Electrician installer
• Communicative and customer-oriented
• Networked way of thinking
• Very good Italian skills in speaking and writing, as well as oral German skills for internal communication, other national languages an advantage
