• with AFC or CFP certificate
• experience as a cook
• ability to manage a small kitchen independently
• passion for traditional cuisine
• precision, order and cleanliness
• initiative and organizational skills
• seriousness, reliability and desire to grow together with the establishment
• excellent knowledge of Italian
• category B driving license
