Cleaning employee

The employer is looking for a:

Cleaning operator (reported profession)

Tasks:

• receive new assignments orally, in writing or in electronic form from superiors;
• plan assignments and tasks to be carried out for oneself and one's team;
• establish deadlines and the time required for cleaning tasks;
• determine cleaning methods and systems, as well as treatments to be carried out and products to be used, for example by choosing the appropriate products for a wooden floor or for glass objects;
• prepare materials, tools, appliances and machines;
• if necessary, assemble scaffolding and lifting devices to clean specific surfaces or areas more effectively;
• respect safety regulations;
• correctly use cleaning methods and equipment to clean floors, walls, bathrooms, showers, windows or facades;
• dust, wipe and vacuum, for example in houses and offices;
• dust, clean and take care of the maintenance of furniture;
• treat or dry clean carpets;
• wash facades, external stairs, using specific machinery, for example pressure washers;
• correctly treat floors and walls, for example glazing, waxing, impregnating, oiling, etc.;
• replace worn parts and consumed materials, for example cleaning cloths or individual parts of the vacuum cleaner;
• check that the work has been carried out correctly;
• deliver cleaned buildings or means of transport to customers;
• take care of the maintenance of machines and equipment and carry out small repairs;
• check material stocks and place orders;
• dispose of waste in an environmentally friendly manner.

Requirements:

• preferably with AFC certificate
• previous experience in the sector from 1 – 3 years
• ability to work in a team
• good oral knowledge of Italian
• driving license cat.B
• with own vehicle

Details of employment:

• workplace Giornico
• occupation from 10 - 20%
• employment by prior agreement, permanent
• shift work
• salary remuneration based on the CCL of the sector
