For our client in Malcantone, we are looking for a CNC Grinder (M/F/D) immediately.

Job description

• Tooling, programming (on-machine) and operation of CNC grinders
• Internal, external and cylindrical grinding processes on precision mechanical parts
• Use and management of machinery such as: Fritz Studer, Kellenberger, Voumard, Lizzini, Danobat, Emag, Tacchella, Tschudin, Tripet
• Quality control of the worked part using measuring instruments (micrometers, bore gauges, comparators, roughness testers, etc.)
• Reading and interpretation of mechanical drawings
• Optimization of machining parameters and resolution of any process issues
• Ordinary maintenance of the machine and compliance with safety procedures

Profile sought

• Previous experience in the role of CNC Grinder
• Knowledge and use of one or more of the following machines: Studer, Kellenberger, Voumard, Lizzini, Danobat, Emag, Tacchella, Tschudin, Tripet
• CNC programming skills (preferably on-machine)
• Excellent knowledge of mechanical drawing and dimensional tolerances
• Mastery of measuring instruments and quality control
• Knowledge of machining cycles and metallic materials
• Precision, reliability and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Availability to work in shifts (if required)
• Driver's license B, Own car
