The employer is looking for a:

Cook with pizzeria duties/Pizzaiolo assistant cook (reported profession)

Duties:

• prepare the mise en place (arranging the necessary elements for the work)
• prepare the food to be cooked: wash and peel vegetables, cut meat, determine the quantity of various ingredients, etc.
• prepare menu dishes: soup, salad, meat, vegetables, dessert, etc. using appropriate equipment and utensils
• apply various cooking methods: boiling, sautéing, steaming, braising, gratinating, roasting, grilling, etc.
• carefully garnish the dishes

Pizzeria:

• preparation of pizza dough
• management of leavening
• cooking the pizza in a wood-fired oven

Requirements:

• previous experience in the sector of at least 3 years
• flexibility in work shifts, including Sundays and holidays
• good knowledge of Italian
• driving license cat.B
• owning a car

Employment details:

• workplace in Gordola
• employment degree at 100%, start to be agreed upon, permanent contract
• work days and hours in shifts, to be agreed upon based on needs
• salary remuneration based on the CCNL of the branch
• Sunday work and holiday work
• shift work
