• participate in periodic team meetings
• decide on delegations and the supervision of tasks to employees
• carry out the drafting of the daily plan
• management of human, financial, material resources and infrastructures
• accompany students and interns in training, updating regularly on the specific skills required

• ensure the constant availability of current use material for nursing activities
• organize the ordering of material for the ward
• direct services to residents
• collaborate with the RRE on the development of the daily plan and on planning nursing activity
• participate in team handovers
• participate in medical visits and update computerized files accordingly
• welcome and accompany the resident
• manage nursing activity, ensuring continuity of care to residents, systematically identifying the care needs of residents in collaboration with the RRE
• guarantee the application of diagnostic therapeutic prescriptions
• ensure activities of daily living (ADL)
• support the resident in maintaining their psycho-physical resources
• supervise the medico-technical activities of the OSS, when these are delegated
• apply hygiene and occupational safety standards
• collaborate with other operators promoting interdisciplinarity, supervising and evaluating delegated performances
• support and assist the families of the residents and know when to delegate to other professional figures
• update nursing reports daily and update the care plan in agreement and with the supervision of the RRE
• complete the RAI system assessments
• maintain constant control of the general conditions of the residents
• organize the transport of residents to the outside, in collaboration with OSS
• manage reports within your competence (complaints from inside and/or outside the CPA)
• formulate proposals for improvement deemed necessary in all areas
• ensure compliance with current laws and regulations
• guarantee professional secrecy
• guarantee the security of data relating to residents and the treating staff
• ensure flexibility in working hours (shifts)
• perform night shifts
• report adverse events
• consider the resident as the main recipient of services, finalizing them to their physical, psychic, social, cultural and religious well-being
• perform all services provided by the function on the residents ensuring their respect, even in the most delicate phases
• know how to manage, adopting all necessary self-control measures, situations resulting from eventual aggressive reactions or attitudes, of a physical or verbal type and behavioral disturbances on the part of the residents
• contribute to the maintenance of a serene and constructive working environment, based on mutual respect, availability and the spirit of collaboration
• follow up, with zeal and motivation, on requests and handovers from superiors, showing, in critical situations, the necessary flexibility
• develop relational and collaborative attitudes within the context (CPA), towards superiors, colleagues, residents, family members and visitors
• manage with the necessary attention relations with the outside (representatives of healthcare and non-healthcare institutions) and all stakeholders, in terms of respect and education
• create and maintain human, relational and empathetic skills towards residents and their respective families

Requirements:

• professional experience of at least 2 years
