The employer is looking for a:

Front Office Manager / Rooms Division Manager 100% (noted profession)

Tasks:

• professional management and development of the front office team
• responsibility for the correct and professional execution of all reception and guest assistance processes
• coordination and monitoring of reservations, room occupancy, and arrivals/departures
• ensuring first-class assistance and high-quality service
• creation and optimization of staff shifts and working hours
• training, motivation, and support of employees
• participation in the optimization of room rates, offers, and occupancy rates
• close collaboration with the hotel management and operational departments
• professional management of guest feedback and complaints
• continuous improvement of internal processes and operating standards

Requirements:

• completed professional training in the hotel, tourism sector or equivalent qualification
• at least two years of professional experience in a similar role in the hotel or maritime sector
• preferably, initial or several years of managerial experience
• good knowledge of German, Italian, French and/or English
• experience with hotel management and booking systems (PMS), for example Protel Air or similar solutions
• strong service orientation and professional behavior
• organizational skills, strong sense of responsibility, and entrepreneurial mentality
• independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• availability to work with flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Your tasks:

• Responsibility for a professional and smooth flow of all reception and guest service processes
• Coordination and monitoring of reservations, room occupancies as well as arrivals and departures
• Ensuring first-class guest care and high service quality
• Creation and optimization of assignment and duty rosters
• Training, motivation and support of employees
• Participation in the optimization of room prices, offers and occupancy
• Close cooperation with the hotel management as well as the operational departments
• Professional processing of guest feedback and complaints
• Continuous improvement of internal processes and operational standards

Your profile:

• Completed training in the area of hotel management, tourism or a comparable qualification
• At least two years of professional experience in a comparable function within the hotel or shipping industry
• Ideally initial or several years of leadership experience
• Good language skills in German, Italian, French and/or English
• Experience in handling hotel management and reservation systems (PMS), for example Protel Air or comparable solutions
• Pronounced service orientation and professional appearance
• Organizational skills, sense of responsibility and entrepreneurial thinking
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Willingness for flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays
