Hotel Communications Clerk

The employer is looking for a:

Reservations Manager (reported profession)

Tasks:

• receipt and processing of all reservations via telephone, e-mail and mail
• entry, monitoring and control of various online booking portals and the hotel's own WBE system
• monitoring of data relating to options and management of deposits, preparation of forecasts
• continuous management and updating of guest history in Protel
• support and replacement of the Revenue department managers
• first point of contact for travel agencies (contracts and conditions)
• guided tours of the facility and support to the front office team in assisting guests
• training of new reservation clerks

Requirements:

• previous experience of more than 3 years in similar duties
• excellent knowledge of German and English
• basic knowledge of Italian
• polite person with ease of contact with customers

• employment 100%
• start of employment from 01.02.2027, permanent
• shift work, on weekends and public holidays
• salary according to CCNL

Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung aller Reservationen per Telefon, Email, Post
Eingabe, Überwachung & Kontrolle der verschiedenen der Online-Buchungsportale & Hotel eigene WBE
Überwachung von Optionsdaten und Depositverwaltung, Erstellen von Forecasts
Verwaltung und laufende Mutation der Gäste History in Protel
Unterstützung und Stellvertretung der Revenue Verantwortlichen
Erste Ansprechperson für die Reisbüros (Verträge und Konditionen)
Hausführungen und Unterstützung des Front of House Teams bei der Gästebetreuung
Einarbeitung der neue Reservierungsmitarbeiter
