HR Business Partner

You support managers in daily human resources activities, assist them in managing complex personnel situations, and contribute to finding lasting solutions. By analyzing key human resources indicators, you identify improvement measures and strengthen positive collaboration within the company. Tasks * Provide first-level human resources consultancy to managers and support them in applying human resources processes and guidelines * Help managers manage the most common individual situations * Participate in difficult interviews, conflict resolution procedures, and the monitoring of long-term absences together with stakeholders * Monitor human resources indicators (absenteeism, turnover, engagement, overtime) and contribute to defining improvement measures * Contribute to maintaining a positive social climate and promoting good human resources practices among managers Competencies * Education: Completed professional apprenticeship (CFP) * Specialization: commercial employee, supplemented by a human resources assistant certificate or other training in the human resources sector * Work experience: 3 - 5 years in a general role in the human resources sector * Open and empathetic personality, who loves interacting with diverse people * Integrity, authenticity, and a sense of responsibility. * Excellent IT skills (Microsoft 365, SAP SuccessFactors) * Italian (B2) * German (B1) What we offer * Employee offers: Additional Cumulus points, special Banca Migros conditions and mobile subscriptions, participation in Migros school club/fitness. * Social benefits: 730 daily allowances. * Migros School Club: Reimbursement of max. 70% of course costs / up to a maximum of 1000 CHF per course without an annual limit. * Sports and fitness offers: Reimbursement of 70% of costs per course (max. fr. 1'000 per course). * Vacations: 5 weeks of vacation for everyone, 6 weeks of vacation starting from age 50, 7 weeks of vacation starting from age 60, possibility to purchase additional vacation days. * Catering: Delicious daily menus at affordable prices.
